All study notesGETTING STARTED

Make the most of your first counselling conversation.

You don’t need every answer before you begin. A little preparation makes the conversation more useful.

Bring a starting point

Think about what you want to study, where you might like to live and when you hope to begin. It is fine to be undecided.

Have your background handy

Know your recent qualifications, subjects and results. Mention any language tests you have taken and any questions about meeting entry requirements.

Leave with clear next steps

Ask which options need further research, what documents to prepare and when to follow up. Make sure you understand what TIG will help with and which decisions remain yours.
